Beth’s cooking career began while attending the University of Missouri where she received a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
After graduating from Mizzou, Beth moved to Denver and worked as the Event and Restaurant manager at the Green Gables Country Club and served as the Pastry Chef for The American Pavilion at the 2006 Cannes film festival. She then became the lead pastry cook at the Hyatt Hotel and Convention Center’s culinary department.
Recently, Beth moved back to Missouri to work on her family’s dairy farm where she was raised. She is head Chef of Nourish Cafe & Market, an organic, health focused cafe in downtown Columbia. She specializes in creating delicious meals using healthy, fresh ingredients within any dietary restriction. She is passionate about local farming and nutritious eating and bringing this to her community in the tastiest way possible.
