This workshop will give an overview of the dramatic impact that a vegetarian diet has on our own
wellness and that of our beloved planet. Introduction of a variety of tasty meat alternatives as well as
a quick cooking demo will give participants an idea of how to incorporate more vegetarian meals into
their diets.
Leigh Lockhart owns Main Squeeze Natural Foods Cafe. For 13 years the cafe has worked hard to
serve delicious food and drink while conforming to a sustainable business model that involves buying
primarily local and organic foods, composting & recycling, and community involvement.
